About Jen Auerbach-Rodriguez Managing Director, Head of Strategic Growth Markets, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management

Jen Auerbach is responsible for the client acquisition, retention, and strategic growth initiatives for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Prior to this role, Jen founded a strategy team focused on developing engagement efforts with traditionally underserved clients and communities. 

Jen’s career began as an options trader working with clients to create and execute customized hedging and monetization strategies. Since then, Jen has worked in product origination, platform development and impact investing. 

Jen is the recipient of the 2016 Women’s Bond Club Rising Star Award, an alumna of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO), a member of Bank of America’s Hispanic-Latino (HOLA) employee network, and sits on the Merrill Lynch Diversity & Inclusion Council. Jen was selected as a winner of the 2016 Global Diversity & Inclusion Award by Bank of America. She was recently recognized by the Paradigm for Parity coalition, as one of 19 trailblazing women for breaking down barriers to help achieve true equality and full representation in corporate offices. And most recently, Jen was recognized by Crain’s New York Business as one of 2020’s Rising Stars in Banking & Finance. Jen attended Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. earning a B.A. in Philosophy and Columbia Business School in New York, N.Y. earning a Masters in Business Administration.
